Our framework is democratically driven and intentionally flexible, shaped by shared principles and the contributions of many different community actors. Because it is open and adaptive, a range of themes naturally emerges over time, reflecting shifting priorities, local needs, and community creativity.
These themes are not fixed categories. They evolve as new challenges and opportunities appear, showing how the framework supports work across housing, land stewardship, digital infrastructure, energy, public space, and other urban resources.
Within the Projects section, you’ll find our work organized by theme. Each theme opens to reveal the projects connected to it, illustrating how collaborative governance takes shape in different contexts. As the framework grows, new themes and projects will continue to emerge.
